3. Finally, every page offers a place to record notes - with the click of a button. Here you can record insights and questions about your growth in relation to the topic you're reading.   • Introducing a new model of emotional well being based on neuroscience and the autonomic nervous system (ANS): Dr. Stephen Porges’ Polyvagal Theory and Attachment Theory (Social Engagement theoriests: Drs. Bowlby, Ainsworth, J.Panksepp, R. Lanius, E. Tronick)
